Education and Outreach
Courses at UMN
Oceanography – ESCI 1006/1106 – An exploration of the oceans for non-science and science majors alike
Geomicrobiology – ESCI 4801/8801 – An upper-level undergrad and graduate-level class that examines the role that microbes play in shaping our planet. In collaboration with the Bell Museum, students also have the opportunity to engage with the public and communicate relevant science that impacts the lives of Minnesotans. Check out this video that highlights these activities.
